You will need:
- Wheat flour – 1 Cup
- Rawa/Suji – 3 tsp
- Oil – 3 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
- Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
- Add water slowly so that a very hard dough is formed.
- Keep it aside at lease for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal parts.
- Start rolling the puries.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Fry Puries one by one.
- Take out on a tissue paper.
